Taught by Alyssa This Meetup will be at Vilas Park. We will meet over by the southern entrance to the zoo by the beach shelter. This will be a regular all levels flow - no experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and whatever else you need to make it your best practice. We will meet at the parking lot about 10 mins before class and walk to our practice location.
